No Show Policy
The Quaboag Connector aims to provide the highest quality transportation service possible to residents of the Quaboag Valley. Our drivers and dispatch staff work hard to schedule our rides efficiently so that you can get where you need to go on time. We ask to be notified of cancellations as least an hour in advance, preferably 24 hours. Rides that are not cancelled ahead of time will count as No Shows. A pattern of No Shows may result in suspension from service.
Code of Conduct
The Quaboag Connector is proud to serve so many residents of the Quaboag Region. To ensure the safety of our riders and staff, we ask that passengers adhere to certain guidelines when riding on our vehicles and interacting with a member of our team.
